An experienced coach with over 27 years working in all aspects of the game. Russell is currently the lead assistant coach for Brock University's women's soccer team, and has coached teams to three Ontario Cups Bronze Medals at the Nationals in addition to three OYSL League Championships. He was the Head of Player Recruiting and Assistant Coach for Nipissing University from 2016-2024. He also served as a Board Member and President of Newmarket Soccer Club.
